Investigation Procedures
- The student will be informed of the alleged violation.
- The student will be given an opportunity to respond or defend themselves.
- A report will be submitted to the relevant committee for a final decision.
- All procedures will be documented in the student’s file.
Appeal Process (Brief Summary)
Students have the right to submit an appeal against the disciplinary decision within 5 working days from the date of the decision. The appeal will be reviewed by an independent appeals committee.
