Policy Objective

This policy aims to regulate student behavior within the educational institution and define the disciplinary procedures to be followed in the event of violations, in order to ensure a safe and fair learning environment.

Penalty & Warning

First-Degree Violations:

Repeatedly arriving late to lectures without a valid excuse.
Leaving lectures before they end without informing the instructor or providing justification.
Failing to turn off the microphone or camera when requested, causing disruption.
Frequently speaking off-topic during lectures.
Sending inappropriate or non-academic messages in the chat.
Failing to submit assignments on time without requesting an extension.
Using an unofficial or false name on the platform.
Sharing unrelated links or images during lectures.

Second-Degree Violations:

Cheating on exams or assignments using the internet or artificial intelligence tools.
Recording lectures or screen capturing without permission from the college or instructor.
Impersonating another student to attend a lecture or complete an exam.
Using inappropriate or offensive language toward peers or academic staff on any official communication platform.
Tampering with attendance records or sending someone else to attend on one's behalf.
Disrespectful or aggressive arguments with instructors or administration via email or platform.
Sharing course content (notes, lectures, exams) without official authorization.

Warning and Disciplinary Procedures:

Repetition	Action Taken
First	Verbal warning with note added to student file
Second	First written warning
Third	Final written warning
Fourth	Referral to Disciplinary Committee for appropriate action (which may include temporary or permanent dismissal)

Investigation Procedures:

The student will be informed of the alleged violation.
The student will be given an opportunity to respond or defend themselves.
A report will be submitted to the relevant committee for a final decision.
All procedures will be documented in the student’s file.

Appeal Process (Brief Summary):

Students have the right to submit an appeal against the disciplinary decision within 5 working days from the date of the decision. The appeal will be reviewed by an independent appeals committee.

Faculty Evaluation

System Objective

This system aims to assess the academic performance of faculty members and enhance the quality of the educational process through continuous feedback from students and administration.

Evaluation Form

This form will be available for each course under the name of the respective instructor and will include the following criteria, with rating options: Excellent, Very Good, Good, Poor.

(Instructor's preparedness for each lecture, content organization, and time management)
Student Interaction
(Responsiveness to student inquiries and professionalism in communication)
Use of Modern Technology
(Utilization of modern technological tools during lectures)
Clarity of Explanation
(Clear language, explanation, and ability to simplify key concepts)
Practical Relevance
(Ability to connect theoretical content with real-life applications)
Punctuality
(Commitment to scheduled class times and avoiding delays)
Fairness in Evaluation
(Just grading based on the college’s assessment system)
