Penalty & Warning

Investigation Procedures:

  1. The student will be informed of the alleged violation.
  2. The student will be given an opportunity to respond or defend themselves.
  3. A report will be submitted to the relevant committee for a final decision.
  4. All procedures will be documented in the student’s file.

Faculty Evaluation

System Objective

This system aims to assess the academic performance of faculty members and enhance the quality of the educational process through continuous feedback from students and administration.

Evaluation Form

This form will be available for each course under the name of the respective instructor and will include the following criteria, with rating options: Excellent, Very Good, Good, Poor.

  1. Instructor's Preparation and Readiness
    (Instructor's preparedness for each lecture, content organization, and time management)
  2. Student Interaction
    (Responsiveness to student inquiries and professionalism in communication)
  3. Use of Modern Technology
    (Utilization of modern technological tools during lectures)
  4. Clarity of Explanation
    (Clear language, explanation, and ability to simplify key concepts)
  5. Practical Relevance
    (Ability to connect theoretical content with real-life applications)
  6. Punctuality
    (Commitment to scheduled class times and avoiding delays)
  7. Fairness in Evaluation
    (Just grading based on the college’s assessment system)

Confidentiality and Privacy

Before submitting the evaluation, students will see the following note:

The college guarantees the confidentiality of student identities participating in the evaluation. The results are used constructively to address any deficiencies and enhance the academic level of the college.
